    • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

    • If the product is damaged, broken, expired, or does not match its description, you may return it within 24 hours for a replacement or exchange.

    • If you are unable to reach us by phone, you must send an email within the 24-hour timeframe.

    • Include your order number and a detailed reason for the return in your email.

  4. Shipping for Returns:

  5. Exceptions:

    • Opened products can only be returned if a fault is found.

    • If a fault is claimed in a non-faulty order, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.


Refund Policy

  3. Store Credit Option:

    • You may opt for a store credit voucher equivalent to the product’s value. This voucher can be used to purchase any other item from our store.

Warranty Policy

  1. Brand Warranty:

    • All electronic products come with their official brand warranty.

    • For products with a 6-month or 1-year warranty, you must claim the warranty directly at the brand’s authorized service center.

  2. 24-Hour Check Warranty:

    • Products imported from China come with a 24-hour check warranty. No claims will be accepted after this period.

  3. Damaged or Missing Items:

    • If the parcel is open, unsealed, or damaged during shipping, or if any item is missing, you must inform us immediately.

  4. Mobile Warranty:

    • Mobile phone warranties must be claimed at the respective brand’s service center.


Important Notes

  • Unopened Products: Returns are only accepted for unopened products unless a fault is found.

  • Faulty Claims: If a fault is claimed in a non-faulty order, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  • Store Credit: Store credit vouchers are valid for future purchases and must be used within the specified timeframe.
